1. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Defective Products)
We offer replacement only in the following cases:

Wrong product received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Clear images of the product

Images of the packaging and shipping label

Optional video proof (recommended)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the sacred and personal nature of spiritual products, the following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:

Change of mind after purchase

Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Products without original packaging or tags

Customized or personalized products
All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged or defective.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:

Replacement is not available, or

The product is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to:

Original payment method, or

Alternative method agreed upon with the customer
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Process
If your return request is approved:

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup, or
-
You may be asked to ship the product to our provided address
The product must be:

Unused
-
In original packaging
-
With all accessories and tags intact
If no defect is found after inspection, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
